Abstract:
Спортивная результативность в дзюдо зависит от опережающей быстроты и скоростно-силовых качеств выполнения специальных технико-тактических действий. Реализация последних детерминирована оптимальной физической, функциональной и психологической готовностью к противоборствам с разными противниками. В этой связи возникает проблема соперничества с противниками разной длины тела в пределах весовой категории, а также массы тела (сгонщики веса, более тяжелые и легкие). Наряду с этим важно изучить стиль ведения поединка предполагаемого соперника, с психологическими особенностями и коронными технико-тактическим действиями. Sports productivity in judo depends on advancing speed and speed-power qualities of performance of special technical and tactical actions. Realization of the last is determined by optimum physical, functional and psychological readiness to stand against different opponents. Thereupon there is a problem of rivalry with opponents of different length of a body within a weight category, and also weight of a body (heavy weight, middleweight and
lightweight). Besides, it is important to study style of conducting a duel of the prospective contender, with psychological features and special technical and tactical actions.
